This year’s Annual Vendors Day will once again be held at the Collingswood’s Scottish Rite Grand Ballroom located at 315 White Horse Pike Collingswood, NJ 08107. Vendors from both organizations will set up informal tabletop displays to showcase products, equipment and services that are offered to the water, wastewater and public works utilities.
The Doors open at 8:00 a.m. for display setup; with continuous viewing of these displays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Tables (banquet-size) will be available for your tabletop displays, as well as electrical outlets for those that require it. We do request that you bring along extension cords, multiple outlets, etc. if your display require electricity.
There are two floors – lower-level and mezzanine. There will be equal number of tables on each floor. Space is being offered on a first-come, first-serve basis, however this year we will guarantee a first floor premium table location to the first 15 paid registrants.
In our on-going effort to increase awareness and attendance, two (2) one-hour TCH courses are being held during this event, one at 10:00 a.m. and one at 1:00 p.m.
Lunch will be provided and served on the Mezzanine Level. There will be high-top round tables throughout the room as well as sit-down tables on the Mezzanine Level to allow for mingling and conversation while enjoying lunch. Vendor-sponsored Door Prizes will be announced throughout the entire day, ending with the 50/50 and Television prizes. We encourage and appreciate Door Prize Donations!!!
The fee for a table is $100.00, which includes one lunch. Additional lunches are available for $20.00 each.
